To meet with the need of market-expansion and Shanghai Kindly Medical Instruments Co., Ltd.’s strategic development, Shanghai Kindly Medical Instruments’ board of directors decided to change the company’s structure to limited corporation on September, 2015, and held our company’s first shareholders’ meeting on September 21, 2015. Our company changed name to Shanghai Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. officially since October 26, 2015 with the approval of Administration of Industry and Commerce.
